Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and create an outstanding 5-star experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This critical role combines professional administrative duties with warm hospitality to ensure every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their wellness journey.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: In-person at our Bridgeport, WV office
- Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Experience: Deliver exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming, 5-star experience for all patients and visitors
- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently using our practice management system
- Phone Communications: Answer incoming calls professionally, address patient inquiries, and convert prospective patients into scheduled appointments
- Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Greet patients upon arrival, verify information, process payments, and schedule follow-up appointments
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized patient records, manage front desk operations, and support the clinical team as needed
- Practice Ambassador: Communicate our integrative wellness philosophy and help patients understand our unique approach to healthcare
Required Qualifications
- Proven hospitality experience in healthcare, wellness, spa, or upscale customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to convert phone inquiries into appointments through consultative conversation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, and standard office equipment
- Compassionate approach to patient care with ability to handle sensitive situations
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent in-person attendance

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our integrative wellness team. This position offers the freedom to create your own schedule while working within a supportive medical practice environment. You’ll play an important role in our patients’ healing journeys by providing therapeutic massage as part of their comprehensive wellness plans.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Part-time, up to 3 days per week with flexible scheduling
- Autonomy: Create your own schedule based on patient availability and your preferences
- Compensation: Depends on experience
- No Overhead: Zero rent or facility fees
- Supplies Provided: All massage supplies, linens, and amenities provided by Integrative Wellness
Key Responsibilities
- Therapeutic Massage: Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to each patient’s individual needs and wellness goals
- Room Preparation: Independently set up and prepare the massage room for each appointment, ensuring optimal comfort and ambiance
- Patient Experience: Create a healing, relaxing atmosphere that aligns with our 5-star patient experience standards
- Professional Care: Maintain professional boundaries while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
- Self-Management: Manage your own room setup and post-session room preparation
- Collaborative Care: Work alongside our medical team to support patients’ overall integrative wellness plans
- Documentation: Complete necessary patient documentation and maintain accurate session records
Required Qualifications
- Current West Virginia Massage Therapy License in good standing
- Professional liability insurance
- Proven experience in therapeutic massage techniques
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
